The Business Money Process

If you are struggling to make money right now as a business person, you have to ask yourself where are your strengths along the cash flow business process.
The cash flow business process has 4 parts. The first part is the market, this is the demand for your products or services. If there is no marketplace, this could be why your business is not profitable.
The second part, is your marketing. How effectively are you getting the word out about your products or services? People have to know about your product or services for you to have any chance of getting sales.
The third part is your sales system. How are you converting prospects into customers? How is your sales page, or sales team doing? Is this your roadblock to profits? Sales is the most crucial skill an entrepreneur needs in their arsenal.
The fourth part is your product or service. This actually comes last in our cash flow business process, because it is the least important. A lot of people think this is the most important however.
You have to take a look at yourself, and ask yourself where are you lacking in this process? Do you lack a product or service to sell? Do you lack demand for your products or service? Do you have marketing skills, and a marketing strategy? How is your sales process converting?
If you have all four parts you will have sales. If one or two is missing, you are in trouble. Take some time to reconfigure your business activities and take care of your missing parts.
